The larger real estate companies don’t work as a team – and were really only there to sign you up. Only the office that set up the listings seem to care – so in our books any advantage of size was gone. Min also lives in the bay area – which means she lives and breathes the area – it also meant she was able to make herself available at minimal notice – something none of the other agents could offer. We also felt that Min Sarginson Real Estate Ltd. truly offered the total package…. from regular meetings and updates on your property, comprehensive marketing strategies, competitive fees, 2 sets of premises in the area, strong advertising, use of websites etc… Min put alot of energy and effort into selling our place and for that, we are eternally greatful ! The BEST thing was that you were always kept up to date regarding what was happening. Within literally minutes of a meeting with a buyer, we would receive a phone call updating us. We have never experienced anything as good as this when we have sold other properties. As a seller – you will know just how much this means.
